Meet-Marietta Country Club (MCC) June 7
ARRIVE 4:45/5:00 (please check Waze for Traffic and plan accordingly)
Warm/ups start at 5:30
Meet starts at 6pm
Please get your heat sheet in your respective bullpen and mark up your swimmer by 5:30PM (Bring sharpies)
Marietta Country Club-
Our Address is: 1400 Marietta Country Club Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30152
Parking:
• Parents are welcome to drop off swimmers in the portico area, but parking is not far from the pool.
• Some parking is available in the same lot as the pool/tennis.
• Parking is MOSTLY available just across the main drive in the large lot (when facing the large clubhouse, the main parking lot is on the right)

Concessions:
• Dinner concessions will be served from 5:30-8:30 p.m. (Typically wraps, hot dogs, chicken fingers, chips, drinks)
• Snack bar (ice cream, drinks, chips) will be served until the end of the swim meet
• $ Payment options: Credit cards only (NO CASH, VENMO OR PAYPAL
Volunteer Check- IN BY 5:15PM
A table will be set aside for you near the front gate when checking in for your position. CHECK-IN by 5:15PM
Home Team Spectating: Home team spectating will be the left side of the pool that runs from the 5 ft to the 10 ft.
Remember to show team spirit and support all swimmers.
BULLPENS—
Ages 5-6, 7-8 must stay in the BullPen unless the parent has them for a purpose, but have them back 10 events prior to their event .
Ages 9-10 must ideally should be in the bullpen too (this age did well last week, keep it up and being present for their events)
As you leave for the evening, please pick up trash, towels, etc. Be a nice visitor- it helps the coordinators after a long night and they can go home earlier.
WEATHER-
The weather looks good, but as a reminder we SWIM IN THE RAIN! If the deck is cleared for thunder or lightning please stay in your car on property- push notifications will be sent via Swimtopia.
