While our practices are not mandatory, we ask that you try to have your swimmer attend at least 3 instructional practices a week. In addition, this provides the coaches ample time to get to know your swimmer's proficiency to better schedule individual events and relays in the meets.
We also understand that it is summer and that kids have camps, VBS, etc. We will try our best to accommodate practice group changes, but it is a challenge and not preferred. It is always best to have your swimmer train with his/her age group. If you are interested in having your child swim with another age group please ask the coordinators for permission.
Our swimmers often do "Dry Land" (out of water conditioning and exercises). Please send your child with an extra towel or yoga mat so they don't have to exercise in the grass.
If your swimmer leaves something at practice (usually goggles) you can look in the lost and found. Please label EVERYTHING.
Siblings are NOT allowed to swim in the large pool or baby pool during practice.
