Hello Swimmers!!

We are about at the halfway mark for the season! While practice is not Mandatory, we do want to remind swimmers the more they practice the better they get and that helps our team. We know summer is busy; however, this is a team and we need see your smiling faces and fast arms in the pool.

Let’s flood the pool at practice this week with Dolphins as we prepare for a BIG meet on Wednesday! Saddlebrook is a good team and it will be great competition! Come get some extra reps and let’s beat SaddleBrook!
