Theme- Hawaiian 

Swim members arrive at 4:30

Warm-ups- 5pm

Meet starts: 6pm

Volunteers - check in by 5:15pm at the pavilion (if helping set up, 4pm please)

WEATHER- 

Even if it is raining and thundering, please be at the pool at 4:30pm. We will send notifications for how to proceed. We may start under a rain delay, but PLEASE still be at the pool.

If you need to take Cover, please do so in your car- the HOA DOES

NOT allow us to use the clubhouse as shelter.

Please DO NOT approach the coaches or coordinators about the weather. Cobb Swim League has everyone’s safety as their 1st priority. We will keep everyone posted but ONLY the ref and coordinators will make all the calls for the evening. Please have patiences and just enjoy the evening! Bring extra towels and games for the car while you wait it out! 

Meet reminders-

1. Get your head sheet from a coach in your bullpen

2. Mark up your arm or leg with E/H/L

3. 5-6, 7-8 and 9-10 stay in the bullpen

4. Parents- STANDING Room ONLY on the pool desk- if you need a chair for handicap access or someone pregnant- please see a coordinator for a designated location on the deck.

5. Concessions- food, drinks and we will be selling extra team t-shirts
