The address is for the clubhouse is 2834 Saddlebrook Way, Marietta. Drop Off: Feel free to drop off swimmers, chairs, etc at the clubhouse turnaround. Pull into the circle drive so they don’t have to cross or block traffic. 

Swimmers need to arrive at 4:30pm (check Waze for traffic and give extra time for parking) Meet coaches for heat sheets at Bullpens

Warm-ups at 5:30pm

Meet starts at 6pm

Parking:  Any of the cul-de-sacs maybe be used for parking (in outbound lanes only, please). Because our neighborhood is so hilly, we will have Saddlebrook “Uber” Drivers running shuttles, especially from the further out sections of the neighborhood. Please be sure not to block any driveways.

Check-in/Admin: We will have a round table set up at the main pool entrance for volunteer check in. The rest of the head tables (scorekeeping, time entry, ribbons, etc) will be in the pavilion which will be only for admin use. 

Visitor Bullpen/Spectator Area: You will be on the visitors' side, opposite the main gate and pavilion. Most teams prefer to put bullpens in the grassy area on the far side of the pool and have spectators on the pool deck, but that’s up to your discretion.

Bathrooms are located in the clubhouse next to concessions.

Concessions: We will be selling hamburgers, hot dogs, baked potatoes (with toppings) nachos, chips, candy, drinks, slushies, etc.
