Hello Families, 

        It is time to check a few things off your to do list. Taking care of these things in a timely manner will help keep the team and meets running smoothly. 

   1.    *** It is Time to Declare and sign up for volunteer jobs for the Intrasquad Meet on 5/22.  You must say Yes or No to declaring to swim...... you can't just say nothing.

The Deadline to declare is Fri. 5/16 at Noon.  Even though this is an Intrasquad Meet, it is Critical, that if you declare YES to swim, you Must show up to swim. if you just don't show up, it REALLY messes up  the entire 86 heat meet as well as the relay teams. Please just don't do it. If you sign up to swim, show up!!

If you do not Declare YES to swim, your child will not be allowed to swim at the meet. We have the deadline in place so our coaches have time to figure out the heat.

( side note-- for new swimmer, the Intrasquad Meet is a great way for new swimmers 

( and parents) to see how the meets run)

2.*** If you have not submitted your volunteer check, please reference the email that was sent out by Jennifer Lucas , Volunteer Coordinator. Please get the check turned in ASAP.  Your swimmer cannot participate on the team until we have their volunteer check,

There will be another email sent out on Sunday reminding you of practice and a link to the practice schedule. 7-8 swimmers, an email has already been sent letting you know if you are A or B timeslot.

Remember- we swim if its cold, we swim in the rain, Always Show Up.  If something is cancelled, I will send out an Alert.
