Families,

   Heritage Oaks is a smaller team, and they handle their concessions a little differently. They order most of their food from Zaxbys and Jetts  Pizza.

They ask that our team/families preorder your food selections on the sign up genius by TOMORROW so they can plan their orders. Please order by midnight Sat. 6/14

If you are unable to do this, there will be some additional food available, but they will likely run out. If you are able to take care of this by tomorrow I know they would appreciate it. It will allow the meet to run smoothly concessions wise. Unfortunately we just found out about this process today. So, I don't really have any other information. You will give your name at concessions and pay there. Food must be picked up by 7:30 or they will sell it.

I will be sending another email out on Monday outlining their parking/arrival requests address and all needed information.

I know this makes me appreciate Kelly's and Lindsey's hard work with our concessions. They are there HOURS before everyone getting everything ready!!!
